Reservation Fee

You can pay for your home reservation through the following:

  • Philippine Pesos for cash payment (online bank transfers, accepted)
  • Credit Cards
  • Personal, company or managers check

Downpayment

Make your payment as:

  • Cash — accepted for the first 3 months only.
  • Postdated check — accepted throughout the down payment.

Amortization

Postdated check is the only acceptable method.

Bank Financing

If you choose Bank Financing, this is what you should know:

  • Down payment: You are to pay 12.5% within 8 months. No interests.
  • Initiation of down payment: 30-45 days after completing your reservation.
  • Balance to Bank loan: 87.5%
  • Move-in date: 8 months after completing your DP.
  • Bank Amortization: After 8 months.
  • Who processes your loan: Developer.
  • There are no Bank charges.

In-house Financing

If your preferred method is in-house, here is what you should know:

  • Downpayment: you are to pay 30% within 12 months. No interests.
  • Initiation of downpayment: 30-45 days after completing your reservation.
  • Balance to Developer’s loan: 70%
  • Move-in date: 12 months after completing your DP.
  • Who processes your loan: Developer.
  • In-house Amortization: after 12 months.
  • There are no bank charges.

Deferred payment

If you choose this route, here is what you should know:

  • The Total Contract Price (TCP) is divided by the numbers of agreed months. No interests.
  • There is no down payment
  • There is no amortization
  • The move-in date is after 15 months.
  • The Developer processes your loans.
  • There are no bank charges.

Spot Downpayment

For Spot DP option, here is what you should know:

  • You get 5-7.5% discount when you pay your downpayment in full. This depends on the DP amount and the date you paid.
  • Balance to developer’s loan: 80%
  • Who processes your loan: Developer.
  • In-house Amortization: 15 months after DP payment is complete.
  • Move-in date: after 15 months.
  • There are no bank charges.

Total Contract Price (TCP) full payment

If you choose to pay your TCP in full, here is what you should know:

  • You get a discount of 4-10%. This depends on the TCP amount and the date you paid.
  • There is no developer loan balance.
  • There is no In-house amortization.
  • You can only move in after 15 months.
  • There are no Bank charges.
